Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Avondora Travels website and your booking of travel services arranged by Avondora Travels (Pvt) Ltd.

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Avondora Travels is an inbound tour operator specialising in tailor-made private journeys across Sri Lanka and selected Maldives experiences. Itineraries, hotels, and activities are subject to availability and may be adjusted to suit operational or seasonal conditions while maintaining the quality and intent of your journey.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Avondora Travels and receipt of any required deposit or payment as specified in your proposal.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your proposal and may be subject to change before confirmation due to exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or government taxes not included at the time of quotation.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Final balances are due by the date specified in your booking confirmation
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms will be provided in your individual booking confirmation. These may vary depending on hotels, airlines, and third-party suppliers involved in your itinerary.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruption.

Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport, visas, and vaccinations meet entry requirements
• Arriving on time for transfers, excursions, and domestic connections
• Following local laws, park rules, and guide instructions during activities
• Informing us of medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility needs in advance

Limitation of Liability

Avondora Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity operators where applicable. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, natural events, civil disruption, or other force majeure circumstances.

Website Use

Content on this website — including images, itineraries, and descriptions — is for general information. We endeavour to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at all times.

Unauthorised reproduction of website content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
